- SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST CERTIFICATION (SRES®)
- The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation is awarded to REALTORS® who have successfully completed the required education. SRES® designees learn how to lead clients who are age 50 and over through real estate decisions and transactions. There are over 8 million real estate agents in the Unitied States. Only about 16,000 REALTORS® hold the SRES® certification.

- To earn this designation, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
- The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

- Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
- and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
